Wednesday Nights are Cribbage Night! This is a fun activity for people of all skill levels, we have people in the league who have literally played all their lives, others (like me your friendly webmaster) who only learned to play about 7 weeks ago.
Regardless you will get a warm welcome and can have a laugh with our friendly regulars with a nice drink on the side. Don't think being a beginner is daunting either, the regulars will quite happily help you learn and coach you on the more difficult aspects of the game such as scoring. You'll find in no time at all you'll be quite proficient and if you want can join the Cribbage League, I did so and although not top of the table I'm not doing that bad for a beginner!
It costs nothing to play and everything you need will be provided, so why not join us when you're ready! Also don't think you can only play on Wednesday's, although that is our regular league night you're welcome to pop by and play anytime you want, any day you want. There's usually a couple of the regulars in most nights who will be more than happy to have a friendly game and help teach you how to play. There's no requirement to join the league to play!
